Lauren Ridgley is an Emmy-Award winning former TV executive who has spent more than 20 years in marketing, advertising and promotion.
She is an expert in converging media including programmatic OTT, OOH and other digital media. She has also served on the marketing advisory board for ABC and was honored by Hearst TV for her marketing leadership.
Lauren is passionate about helping businesses achieve their performance goals.
She loves to travel, garden, cook, and is a voracious reader. When Lauren’s not buried in spreadsheets, she’s enjoying time with her husband, daughter and dog.

Sarah Williams is an extremely driven Emmy Award-winning Producer with more than 20 years of experience in the creative and marketing industries. She leads her team with passion, creating a supportive environment to bring out the best in her talented team of professionals. With a demonstrated track record for leadership, Sarah is an expert at implementing cutting-edge marketing plans, brand development, and communications strategies.
Sarah is a rare combination of both data-driven strategic marketer and highly effective creative producer.
She is also an award-winning wedding photographer, speaks a little Italian, and has worked for three of the top TV networks in the world.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her family.

Maia Brusseau has more than 25 years experience in media, communications, public relations, and marketing. She led award-winning marketing and creative teams in top 20 television markets, and oversaw communications, marketing, and public relations for the largest animal welfare organization in the Rocky Mountain Region.
In her current role, she works directly with clients on planning and execution of their outside media campaigns. Having spent 20 years as a client herself, Maia has a deep understanding of client needs and strives to create a seamless client experience.
She lives in Colorado with her husband Todd and two cats. They enjoy traveling, hiking, checking out local restaurants and craft breweries, and seeing live music.
A lifelong animal advocate, Maia also serves as Vice President of the Friends of Foothills Animal Shelter Board of Directors.

With a people-centric mindset, Ryan's passion for operational excellence and talent development helps him to tackle whatever comes his way.
Before joining Left Hand Agency, Ryan served as a strategic advisor for multiple retail store openings and remodels, transitioning stores every 2-3 years to rebuild broken processes and implementing improvements.
